Project Management Office (PMO) Services

Project Operational Compliance Management: Our Certified Project Management Team will ensure the proper processes are in place in order to remain compliant with the contract requirements. Monitor and manage proper resource and personnel allocation as per contract requirements and provide the most efficient way to meet and exceed the necessary requirements.

Project Planning and Scheduling: Production, Implementation and updating of the Project Schedule and Project Plan(s) in order to convey an accurate depiction of the current status and forecast for the project. Incorporation of lead times and resource availability on site.

Tracking and Scheduling of Contract Deliverables: Production of a Contract Deliverables Listing with deadlines, frequency, points of contact, and update tolerances to offer project compliance and proper reporting processes.

Risk Management: Review of processes, plans, schedules, project requirements, on-site personnel, available resources to identify possible contract constraints. Identify and eliminate identified constraints and capitalize on key performance indicators.

Change Management: Proper management of Change Orders and Process changes through proper maintenance of change order log, document change registers, and revision distribution to key stakeholders and leadership. Provide follow-up and follow-thru to ensure continuous flow of information and processes.

Contracts Management: Production, review, update and management of Sub-contracts, Teaming Agreements, Vendor Agreements, and monitoring of all forementioned documents for required updates and revisions. Management of Requests for Economic Adjustment (REA’s) and various other contractual obligatory documents.

Quality Control Management

Quality Control Program Management: Production, implementation, training, and updating of the QC Program with site-specific plans

Contract and Site Close-Out Documentation: Inspection of existing contract and site conditions with proper annotation, recording and reporting for minimization of liability and close-out operations.

Performance Compliance Monitoring and Reporting: Inspection of performed services and reporting of compliant and non-compliant operations to leadership, and contracting office points of contract.

Incident and Near-Miss Tracking and Reporting: Reporting and recording of reportable, non-reportable and near miss incidents and occurrences.

Quality Control Report Validation and Compliance Assurance: Monitoring of Quality Control reporting and accuracy for incident and/or near miss reporting and information vital to compliance and contract/project success.

DCAA Audit-Ready Systems Consulting: Implementation and support for DCAA-compliant financial systems.

PRS/QASP Compliance Monitoring and Corrective Action: Monitoring, reporting, corrective training to ensure compliance with the issued Project Requirement Statement (PRS) and/or Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP).

Stakeholder and Contract Office Liaison: Assistance with development and review of cost proposals for new government contracts.

Quality Control Program Audit Execution: Performance of Scheduled and unannounced Quality Control Program Audits.

ENVIRONMENTAL AND OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH SERVICES

SWPPP Development and Site Protection Coordination: Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) production and coordination for proper surveying, location services, washout, erosion and identification of other sensitive requirements and precautions.

High-Risk Construction Safety Oversight: Competent Person Services for high risk and elevated, lift, enclosed, trenching and excavation operations.

Environmental & Occupational Health Monitoring: Proper monitoring for Noise, Air Quality and Heat Index and OH Compliance.

PPE Compliance Oversight: Monitoring for proper issuance, maintenance, and wear of PPE.

Hazardous Materials Management and Compliance: Hazardous Materials and Waste Management, HAZMAT, HAZWOPER compliance, reporting, decontamination, transportation, and disposal.

Plan & Policy Development and Audit Program Management: Production, Implementation and Updating of various plans and policies, auditing programs.

Construction Management Services

Submittal Management: Professional management of submittal log, submittal status and validation tracking. Consolidated storage by Division and Vendor, and distribution of submittals to key stakeholders a well as approval authorities.

Progress Status Reporting: Tracking and updating of Project Progress for status reports and payment request/vouchers. Incorporation of Quality Control, Safety, Environmental Compliance and labor, materials and equipment used to perform operations.

Construction Site Safety Management: Overall Safety Management of the worksite to include inventory and proper deployment of signage, safety equipment, Decontamination equipment location and maintenance, wash-off/shake down area monitoring, Site Safety Specific Plans, Activity Hazard Analysis (AHA) Management, Safety Briefings and toolbox talks.

Construction Quality Control: Monitoring and inspection of operations to ensure operations are being performed and accurate to within the specified tolerances as per the contract specification listing. Inspection and monitoring of key milestones to ensure quality assurance of work performed to ultimately yield the best possible results.
